Nature Linocut Workshop with Kelly Autumn
Hosted by the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation, celebrate spring with this fun, beginner-friendly linocut printmaking workshop. We'll begin with a short nature photo walk through our blooming Native Plant Garden to gather inspiration, then move into Heron Hall to create a small series of hand-printed cards on a variety of paper choices. No experience is required. Participants may work from photographs or sketches while learning how to carve and print a 4 x 6 inch rubber block using carving tools and water-soluble inks. This hands-on workshop offers a supportive space to explore printmaking and create something unique. All materials are included in the class fee.
