Movement is medicine. 👟💕Come get your walk on and connect with a community that loves to have fun, all while supporting seniors at our 2nd Annual Generations in Motion Walk & Picnic.

This is a family-friendly event benefiting Council on Aging Services for Seniors, happening Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Spring Lake in Santa Rosa.

This event is designed to connect families and all generations, creating a fun and inclusive experience for everyone. Leashed pets are also welcome! 🐾

Details:

Check-in begins at 10:00 AM, with the walk starting at 11:30 AM.

🌿 Scenic walking routes for all fitness levels and abilities
💙 Community resource fair
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-friendly activities including a games & bubbles for the kids
🥗 Enjoy a picnic lunch from Drip Sandwiches available for purchase—or bring your own!
🎟️ FREE registration fees make it easy to participate
💰 Set up your own fundraising page to invite friends, family & colleagues to support local seniors!

And this year Drip Sandwiches will be selling their delicious food! Available to purchase upon registration. Lunch must be purchased beforehand. Please purchase before May 4, 2026 to secure your meal! You are also welcome to bring your own lunch.
