Open & Out
Downtown Santa Rosa is your new social distancing destination
Lined by great restaurants serving up locally crafted cuisine, as well as unique shops offering clothing, jewelry, and gifts, a new pedestrian-friendly section of 4th Street has been created to safely move around and explore the urban heart of Santa Rosa.
Open & Out, a new program for downtown restaurants, retail shops, and pedestrian traffic also features the talents of local artists who share their creativity through the display of vibrant, outdoor art installations. Also, a welcome enhancement to the color and life on 4th Street has been the addition of beautifully planted fauna up and down the street.
From outdoor dining, public and interactive art displays, live music, and new lighting installations, it’s all part of the Open & Out campaign running through October 15th and designed to make your experience in Downtown Santa Rosa be a safe and memorable one.
The Open & Out program is a collaborative effort between the City of Santa Rosa, the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber, Downtown Santa Rosa, The Engine is Red, SR Public Art, Creative Sonoma, the County of Sonoma, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
