Launched in January 2008, YPN (Young Professionals Network) was founded to be the premier organization for young professionals in Sonoma County dedicated to developing our community's current and future business leaders. One of the key challenges that many Sonoma County businesses face is retention of young talent. The Chamber's YPN program provides a venue for young professionals to develop both a personal and professional network that connects them to our community.
"YPN is a place for young professionals to develop meaningful friendships and business relationships that will continue as they grow in their professional career," says 2017 YPN Chair Ben Lehr. "We want to give our members opportunities to connect with each other and the business leaders in our community. If you have new employees in their 20s or 30s, YPN is the go-to organization for developing both professional development and networking skills."
For more info about getting involved in YPN, plan on attending the whyYPN event on Feb 22, 5:30-7:30pm at La Rosa Tequileria & Grille, 500 4th Street, or contact Erin Douglas at (707) 636-3667.
