Worksite Held Employee English Learning Graduation: Encore Events Rentals

We're thrilled to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our most recent WHEEL program graduates! After dedicating themselves to eight weeks of English proficiency and literacy training after work at Encore Events Rentals, these incredible employees have transformed their lives! With newfound confidence, they can now better communicate with their children, confidently visit the doctor, and navigate the streets and stores with ease.

Their journey reflects the essence of the WHEEL program (Worksite Held Employee English Learning), which was designed to empower employees by providing English language classes right at their workplace. From understanding workplace conversations to ordering take-out over the phone, these graduates have embraced every opportunity to enhance their language skills in both the workplace and in their homes.

Guided by the gentle and encouraging mentorship of Eleanor Welch, they've not only expanded their vocabulary but also their ability to help colleagues in the workplace and engage more confidently with their children's schools without translation.
