Workforce Strategy Taskforce Needs Your Input

The Workforce Strategy Taskforce, a project of the Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board, the Sonoma County Innovation Council and Sonoma County BEST, has developed a workforce survey to gather input from local employers about their workforce needs.

To better understand those needs, we seek your participation in the 2012 Sonoma County Workforce Survey. We are surveying leading local firms about their experience with the local workforce and difficulties associated with hiring. As a leader in your industry, your firm is invited and encouraged to participate.

The main purpose of the Workforce Survey is to help identify weaknesses in the composition of Sonoma County’s workforce. This survey will yield valuable results which will lead to programs and policies that assist your needs as an employer and ease the hiring process in this difficult economic time.
