Temporary closure of Santa Rosa's Welcome Center

Dear Hospitality Partners,
We recognize these are unsettling times and that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our daily lives. Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialize, and travel, in accordance with the California Department of Public Health, including guidelines on social distancing, our California Welcome Center (CWC) has been closed to minimize person to person contact.
While our CWC staff will not be available to assist in person, the team will be available 7 days a week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, to virtually field questions and continue providing guidance for travelers. Signage at the CWC has been posted directing visitors to contact the staff by phone (707-577-8674 or 800-404-7673), email (info@visitsantarosa.com), or by visiting the Visit Santa Rosa website (www.visitsantarosa.com) for assistance. This plan will be in place through March 31st.
We are regularly updating a resource list to assist you in making decisions that affect your company and employees. The City and County have also established a resource guide [PDF] that is also linked on our website.
Meantime, the entire Visit Santa Rosa team continues its diligent and dedicated work marketing Santa Rosa as a tourism destination, bringing visitors, meetings, events to our area and inspiring them to discover all there is to see, do, eat, drink, hike, bike, and explore in Sonoma County. For now, the primary marketing message to our audience is simple: “When the time is right, come on out to Santa Rosa for some fresh air. We’re ready and waiting to welcome you.”
Sincerely,
Brad Calkins
Executive Director, Visit Santa Rosa
