Small Business Week Award Winner: LINK Creative Inc.
Born out of a love of the industry, LINK Creative was established as a side project in 2002 by a few buddies looking to do something creative. As life pulled some of the founders in different directions, Wayne Ingraham stuck with it continuing to pour more time, energy, and know-how into the company. In 2008, he took the plunge and went full-time with LINK. Exercising his talents as salesman, designer, and developer, Wayne continued to build up the business and its reputation. In 2011, Ron Marcelle joined Wayne as a partner in the business, bringing to the team extensive knowledge in custom web development. Since then, the business has rapidly been on the rise, becoming widely known in Sonoma County as having a reputation for high level custom design and development. Being involved in such a new an ever changing industry, both Wayne and Ron take pride in continuing to hone their skills and learn new techniques as they keep themselves abreast of the latest digital advances. Some might say they even geek out on it.
LINK could not be happier to have found its home in Sonoma County. They are pleased to be a part of such a strong, caring community. Giving back to such a wonderful place is a given for these folks. While all of the team members put time into volunteering in the community, no one compares to Wayne for the time and energy he puts into giving back. Wayne spends an average of ten hours a week donating his time between organizations that serve the youth or young professionals in the area. He sits on the board of Professional Services Marketing Group, NextGen at Petaluma Valley Hospital, as well as Active 20-30 Club of Santa Rosa #50.
