Do you have a desire to develop as a leader? Would you like to learn more about -- and become more connected within -- your community? Want to take that next step, but not sure where to start? Elevate your effectiveness as a community leader through the Chamber's Leadership Santa Rosa program.
Leadership Santa Rosa (LSR) is our premier leadership development program that many call a “Master’s Degree in Sonoma County.” Its purpose is to identify, develop, and equip effective community leaders who will help create and support a spirit of cooperation for the resolution of future community challenges. The application period for LSR Class 41 will open soon.
Attend the LSR Informational Meeting
Interested applicants are encouraged to learn more about this two-year program at our LSR Informational Meeting on Monday, August 26, 5:00-7:00pm.
The first half-hour will be a presentation that will give you an overview of the LSR program and help you prepare for the application process. After the presentation, stay for the LSR Alumni Association Mixer to talk with LSR graduates who will answer your questions and tell you about their experience, connections and leadership skills they gained through the program.

Applications for Leadership Santa Rosa Class 38 are being accepted from September 8-28. Applicants should review the information in the pre-application packet [PDF], which includes a preview of the application questions as well as details on selection criteria, program days calendar and scholarship applications.
