Santa Rosa Ranks #3 Metro Area in Small Business Vitality Rankings

American City Business Journals set out to rate the vitality of small-business sectors in major markets across the United States. The study's objective was to identify those metropolitan areas that are most conducive to the creation and development of small businesses.

The study covers 106 metros that had at least half-a-million residents as of 2015. They range from New York, with a metropolitan population of 20,182,305, to Santa Rosa, with 502,146 residents.
