Santa Rosa civil penalty ordinance enforcing health orders

On August 11, the Santa Rosa City Council approved an urgency ordinance authorizing administrative enforcement of the public health orders in Santa Rosa.
The ordinance mirrors the County’s recently passed enforcement ordinance that provides a mechanism for local civil administrative citations and civil penalties. Businesses could face up to a $10,000 fine for non-compliance.

- 3rd and following violations: $10,000
