Ribbon Cutting: The Reserve at Fountaingrove Memory Care

The Santa Rosa Metro Chamber joined community leaders and the care team at The Reserve at Fountaingrove Memory Care to celebrate the community’s grand re-opening and recent renovations with a ribbon cutting and on-site tour.

Guests had the opportunity to walk through the updated residence and learn more about The Reserve’s person-centered approach to memory care. Designed specifically for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, the community emphasizes comfort, dignity, and meaningful daily engagement in a setting that feels welcoming and supportive.

The Reserve at Fountaingrove offers 24/7 personalized care, engaging life enrichment programs, and chef-prepared meals, all within thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage connection and well-being. The renovations further enhance the community’s ability to support residents and families with compassionate, specialized care.
