How It Works:

From October 18-27, simply add local Sonoma County black cod to your menu or offer it for home chefs. The fun part? YOU decide how to dish it up—beer-battered black cod tacos, seared miso black cod, black cod eggs benedict... the possibilities are endless!

All participants will be featured on our Black Cod Week webpage, in the Sonoma County Tourism app, and will get awesome digital and print marketing materials. Plus, we’ll hook you up with local suppliers.
