New Health Order opens more business sectors
A new health order, slated to go into effect at 12:01 a.m. Friday, June 19, relaxes more restrictions and allows more businesses and activities to resume.

Health order and accompanying documents on SoCoEmergency
This order allows the following operations to resume with safety measures and some restrictions:
- Nail salons, tattoo parlors, massage, esthetician services and other personal services
- Bars and pubs
- Movie theaters
- Family entertainment centers like mini-golf and arcades
- Gyms and Fitness Centers
- Hotels, motels, short-term rentals for vacation travel
- Indoor museums, galleries, and aquariums
- Zoos
- Libraries
- Campgrounds
- Casinos and card rooms
- Racetracks
All of these businesses will have to put safety measures in place in accordance with the state’s sector specific guidance. There is also an update for wedding venues and equestrian shows.
