National recognition for our Employer Supported Child Care work
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation has recognized the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber for our collaborative work in the field of Employer Supported Child Care as the featured story and case study on their Talent Forward website.
Child care is a two-generation workforce issue, essential to support the workforce of today and vital to develop our workforce of tomorrow and is critical to healthy communities. Access to childcare and child development resources aids the economic stability and well-being of families, which in turn helps improve productivity and the economy in general.
We're proud that our work has been recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and of the partnerships and local ECE providers and champions that make it happen.
