Metro Chamber Releases New Strategic Plan

The Santa Rosa Metro Chamber has released a new strategic plan to guide our efforts in building a healthy business environment, a diversified and inclusive economy, and a thriving community for all.

The Metro Chamber’s strategic plan for the prior five years laid a foundation for phenomenal work and accomplishments during some of the most economically challenging times imaginable. Our region has suffered and overcome multiple catastrophic natural disasters since 2017. Then in 2020, we—along with everyone across the globe—faced the COVID pandemic.

Despite these challenges, the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber has continued to innovate and launch impactful programs for the benefit of the community and continued to provide direct support to our membership.

The Chamber’s Board of Directors believes the organization and our region are at a critical point. There is opportunity to make great strides in our regional economy that will benefit everyone. There are also significant challenges that make seizing that opportunity difficult and complex. The Santa Rosa Metro Chamber is not alone in these efforts. It will take many organizations and individuals working to secure our collective prosperity.

This 10-year plan presents our view on how to begin to achieve this shared goal and identifies how our organization can best contribute.
