Message from Peter Rumble, Chamber CEO

Hello Members and Friends.

Today marks day one for me as part of the team here at your Metro Area Chamber of Commerce. I’m deeply grateful to our Board and my new team for this opportunity and for welcoming me into a wonderful organization. Through our programs and advocacy, the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber has helped make our city a gem of Northern California and a truly world class destination. But, there is no question that the lifeblood of our community is your success in building a vibrant, inclusive economy.

Looking ahead, our team will do everything we can to add value to your business on a day-to-day basis. Also, we will work to build a stronger voice on issues that are critical to our economy long term – accelerating the development of housing for families at all income levels, supporting a first-class education system to attract today’s workforce and prepare a workforce of tomorrow, and making it easier to do business in the Santa Rosa Metro area.

Coming out of the October fires, it is more critical than ever that we take care of our members – supporting you through this time by getting information, resources and support to you right now. I am also committed to taking time to connect with each of our members to understand how we can bring the greatest value to you and our community as we rise together.

Santa Rosa is an amazing place – we have an incredible community. Thank you for this opportunity to represent and support you in making it even better. I look forward to serving you for many years to come.
