“I am a loan officer based in Sonoma County professional with a strong track record in successful loan transactions. My goal is to put Californians into homes. I care deeply about people and believe that the measure of a person’s life is the affect they have on others. In some small way, I hope to help people achieve their dreams from buying a first home to paying for their child’s education.”

Carissa’s favorite thing about YPN is being around like-minded, passionate, and professional people - the ability meet people, enjoy yourself, and grow your business! She is passionate about furthering her own education as well as helping others do the same, so she greatly enjoys the professional development side of YPN, along with the networking.

Her proudest accomplishment in her career is the first time she closed a purchase transaction for a low-income family who never thought they would be able to own their own home! She loves being able to help people into a better financial situation on a regular basis through her work.

Carissa is clearly passionate about helping others, so it shouldn’t be surprising that her goal is to help 100 people a year. Home is such an important part of feeling secure and being able to grow, it makes sense that Carissa’s urge to help people has lead her to this business.
