Intentional Connections, Real Impact: Introducing Speed Networking
The Santa Rosa Metro Chamber is excited to introduce a fresh way to connect. Speed Networking is a structured, high-energy format designed to help busy professionals build meaningful one-on-one relationships.
Unlike traditional mixers, participants rotate through a series of guided conversations, making the experience approachable for both introverts and extroverts while maximizing the value of every minute. The goal is simple: every attendee leaves having made at least one connection they genuinely want to continue.
The Metro Chamber plans to host Speed Networking quarterly, creating a consistent, professional daytime networking opportunity for the Santa Rosa business community. The first Speed Networking session is on March 31.

In Partnership with Community Leaders
Speed Networking is hosted at Redwood Credit Union’s Sonoma Community Room in collaboration with Redwood Credit Union, whose commitment to community engagement makes it an ideal partner for this new program.
Sessions are professionally facilitated by Ryan Kelly of WSI Smart Marketing and Scott Ormerod of Leap Solutions, experienced business leaders who understand both the art and structure of effective networking.
Ryan and Scott guide participants through the format, set clear expectations, and keep conversations moving at an energetic, comfortable pace. Their facilitation ensures the environment remains professional, inclusive, and welcoming, helping attendees move beyond small talk and into conversations that spark real opportunity.
