Host a Chamber Mixer in 2020

Dear Chamber Member:
The Santa Rosa Metro Chamber invites you to showcase your business to key members in our community by hosting a Mixer in 2020.
For your venue to be considered, please review the guidelines and complete the Mixer Request Form on our website.
As a Mixer host you will receive the following:
- Promotion in our weekly events and bi-monthly newsletter emails (sent to over 2,000 business people).
- Promotion on the Chamber’s Facebook page including post-event photo gallery showcasing your venue and the event (typically reaching over 2,000 people).
- Logo and business name displayed on event marketing materials, including on the website and Facebook event listings, handed out at our new member receptions, monthly ambassador meetings, and also displayed on the TV in the reception area of our Chamber office.
- Business cards collected at the Mixer are turned over to the host so that you may follow up and generate new business for your company.
Mixers are held on the fourth Thursday of each month with the exception of November (third Thursday of the month) and December (first Thursday of the month). The December Mixer will be in partnership with our Young Professionals Network (YPN).
Submission of an application is only a request to host a Mixer and does not guarantee selection. Those members not selected will be added to a waiting list. Should there be a cancellation, those on the waiting list will be considered first.
