From Reflection to Action: Leadership Santa Rosa Class 42 Looks Ahead
Leadership Santa Rosa Class 42 took time to reflect on their first-year experience and look ahead to what’s next during their year-end Reflection & What’s Next Retreat at Safari West.
Through thoughtful discussion, individual reflection and collaborative planning, participants explored their growth as leaders, the culture they've created together and opportunities to shape the year-two experience for future Leadership Santa Rosa classes.
From recognizing individual strengths and navigating group dynamics to selecting program days and putting ideas into action, the retreat focused on applying lessons learned and helping shape the next chapter of Leadership Santa Rosa.
Because leadership is about more than what you learn along the way. It’s how you use those lessons to shape what’s next.
