FIG Field Trip to SF Winter Fancy Food Show
Savor California allows small and mid-sized producers a chance to exhibit at the Winter Fancy Food Show alongside other California-based companies at reduced costs.
For the second year in a row, Sonoma County BEST gathered a dozen small to mid-sized food and beverage companies on a bus, provided by Pure Luxury Transportation, for a field trip to experience the San Francisco Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS).
The WFFS is a 3-day international food and beverage trade show attended by more than 19,000 buyers and 1,400 exhibitors. A show of this size can be quite an overwhelming and costly experience for a small company to participate in, but its significance can be crucial in the growth of a product or brand.
This field trip, offered to Sonoma County Food Industry Group (FIG) members, allows the companies to see the show in action and gives these companies a peek at what is needed, as well as some key connections, to participate in future WFFS events.
