Extension of SIP clarifies Essential Business, other requirements

Sonoma County has extended the Shelter In Place Order through May 3rd. The new order includes additional restrictions for non-essential business functions and has provided more clarity on what constitutes an “essential business”. It also requires "essential businesses" to prepare a "social distancing protocol" that must be posted and provided to employees.
