BEST Food Industry Group Honors Food Pioneers at Awards Reception

The Sonoma County BEST Food Industry Group (FIG) held the inaugural Specialty Food Industry Pioneer Awards on November 11, honoring both the Tamayo family of La Tortilla Factory and Rachel and Andy Berliner of Amy’s Kitchen for their ongoing contributions to the Sonoma County food industry and economy.
Multiple Sonoma County companies had booths showcasing their products and handing out samples, including Amy’s Kitchen, AddGarlic!, Clover Stornetta, Costeaux, Guayaki, Hip Chick Farms, La Tortilla Factory, Mike Hudson Distributing, Not Yer Momma’s Granola, Redwood Hill Farm, Traditional Medicinals, World Centric and 101 North Brewing.
The event was made possible by the partnership with the North Bay Business Journal and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as Pisenti and Brinker, LLP.
