Assemblymember Chris Rogers Meets with Advocacy Council
Assemblymember Chris Rogers joined the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber’s Advocacy Council in late October for a discussion on key issues facing Sonoma County and California, including energy, access to news, housing, transit, healthcare and land use policy.
Rogers also shared his commitment to hearing directly from constituents, reserving much of the meeting for conversation and Q&A, inviting Advocacy Council members to share their perspectives, raise concerns and weigh in on issues affecting the business community.
The Chamber values opportunities to connect with our elected officials, share the perspectives of our business community, and find ways to work together on policies that support local businesses, a strong economy, and a thriving community for all.
We also congratulate Assemblymember Rogers on his election victory and thank all candidates who stepped forward to run for office this election cycle. Running for public office takes a significant commitment of time, energy, and personal sacrifice, and we appreciate everyone who was willing to make that commitment in service to our community.
