What is LSR?

Leadership Santa Rosa is our premier leadership development program that many call a “Master’s Degree in Sonoma County.” Its purpose is to identify, develop, and equip effective community leaders who will help create and support a spirit of cooperation for the resolution of future community challenges.

The program is designed to meet these challenges by providing a series of ten full-day sessions and three half-day leadership training sessions. You’ll gain an in-depth view of business and community issues, development to assume leadership roles, and exposure to community involvement opportunities.
