Dear Chamber Member:
I'm writing to let you know about a change in the volunteer leadership of our organization. Unfortunately, Keo Hornbostel has had to resign from his position as Chairman of the Board as he no is longer working at the Hyatt. Happily, our Chair Elect, Doug Hilberman of AXIA Architects, has been able to step up and assume the role of Chairman.
Over the past several years, Keo has been involved with the Chamber and various other organizations in our community including his Chairmanship of Sonoma County Tourism and the Santa Rosa Convention and Visitors Bureau. Throughout, he has provided excellent leadership and deserves a great deal of credit for the success of those organizations. We at the Chamber will miss his involvement and hope that he remains in our community.
Meanwhile Doug comes to the Chairmanship after, among other roles, three years on the Board of Directors and leading the Chamber's Advocacy Council for the past year. While he will miss his "Chair Elect" year, Doug brings great skills to the position of Chair, and I know he will do an outstanding job. We certainly are grateful he was willing to take on this role a year early.
Should you have any questions about this change, feel free to contact me or Doug. Meanwhile, I ask you to join me in giving Doug whatever support he needs and in thanking Keo for his contributions to our Chamber.
Best wishes,

Jonathan S. Coe, President & CEO
Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce
