Leadership Santa Rosa
Leadership Santa Rosa is our premier leadership development program that many call a “Master’s Degree in Sonoma County.” Its purpose is to identify, develop, and equip community leaders who will help create and support a spirit of cooperation for the resolution of future community challenges.

Applicants should review the information in the pre-application packet, which includes a preview of the application questions as well as details on selection criteria, program days calendar and scholarship applications. This version was updated on 8/20/2025.
The application and scholarship request are separate forms. (Links will take you to SurveyMonkey) Deadline to apply is September 15, 2025.

The program is designed to meet these challenges through a two-year series of experiences, including retreats, ten full-day sessions with community “movers & shakers,” and planning the topic-day sessions for the next class. You’ll gain an in-depth view of business and community issues, build connections across sectors, development to assume leadership roles, and exposure to community involvement opportunities.
