Visit Santa Rosa invites you to experience WE ARE STILL HERE, a striking photography exhibition presented by the California Indian Museum and Cultural Center. This powerful collection features images of Pomo community members that reflect cultural pride, resistance, and resilience.
Featuring the work of Kristall Vega, Lillian Bartholomew, Jayden Lim, and Alanah Cole, the exhibit spotlights members of the local Pomo community through portraits that reflect cultural pride, resilience, and resistance. The images explore urgent topics like MMIWG2S (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit people) and the Land Back movement, while celebrating the enduring beauty of Pomo traditions.
