BALANCE: A Perimenopause Journey follows two monk-filmmakers as they confront one of the least discussed transitions in a woman’s life — perimenopause. When their own health begins to change, they uncover how silence, stigma, and misinformation have left generations of women suffering in the dark.
Through honest storytelling, expert insight, and deeply personal journeys, BALANCE reveals the truth about hormones, health, and hope. It’s more than a documentary — it’s an awakening for every woman, partner, and medical professional to better understand this powerful stage of life.
This special screening of BALANCE includes a live, in-person Q&A with the Award‑Winning Monk‑Filmmakers, Sadhvi Siddhali Shree, Director/Producer and Sadhvi Anubhuti, Co-Director/Co-Producer. Opening space for education, storytelling, and community dialogue around women’s health.
