Santa Rosa Symphony Single Tickets on Sale August 13

Individual tickets for the 2018-2019 Santa Rosa Symphony Classical Series concerts go on sale Monday, August 13, 2018 at 10 AM. In addition, August 13 – August 31, tickets for the Classical Series concerts may be purchased at a 15% discount, for a pre-season sale price of $20-$74, depending on seat location. This pre-season discount is only available for Classical Series performances. The Symphony's 91st season begins October 6, and continues through in May 6, with performances Saturday and Monday evenings (7:30 PM) and Sunday afternoons (3:00 PM).

Tickets for new Music Director Francesco Lecce-Chong's inaugural season concerts may be purchased at srsymphony.org, by phone at 54-MUSIC (707) 546-8742, or in person Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM at the Symphony Patron Services Office, 50 Santa Rosa Avenue (north entrance, first floor).

The season opens with Francesco Lecce-Chong conducting Beethoven's Fifth Symphony, features talented guest artists making their Weill Hall debut and popular, returning artists, guitarist Sharon Isbin and Steinway artist Olga Kern. Francesco Lecce-Chong also conducts in November and January. Conductor Laureate Bruno Ferrandis and Conductor Emeritus Jeffrey Kahane return in the spring.

Season Highlights

  • Beethoven’s Fifth symphony, cherished masterworks by Mozart, Mahler and Tchaikovsky, a major Vivaldi choral work, a tribute to American composers Bernstein, Gershwin, Barber and Copland
  • Outstanding guest artists: Violinist Arnaud Sussmann and Elena Urioste, pianists Olga Kern and Sara Davis Buechner, violist Nokuthula Ngwenyama, soprano Marie Plette and guitarist Sharon Isbin

  • Earlier start times (7:30 pm) for Saturday and Monday performances

  • Reduced ticket prices for Saturday and Monday performances
