Sonoma County Library card holders now have quick and easy access to PressReader, a news resource with more than 7,000 newspapers and magazines, featuring national and international news from 120 countries in 60 different languages.
“We are excited to expand our world language collection with PressReader,” said Sonoma County Library Collection Services Division Manager Jaime Anderson. “You can get all your international news in a single interface, listen to content out loud or have it translated into a different language.”
Some of the most popular online newspapers and magazines available on PressReader include The Guardian, Bloomberg Businessweek, Los Angeles Times, Newsweek, the Daily Mail, L’Équipe, Der Tagesspiegel, Libération, China Daily and La Razón. PressReader also has standby favorites such as Rolling Stone, Vogue, Forbes, GQ, PC World, and more.
PressReader is available for use on any computer or device with a browser and internet access. There are iOS and Android PressReader apps available with Sonoma County Library access.
