The Petaluma Arts Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Board of Directors as Treasurer, as our current Treasurer’s term comes to a close. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health, including monitoring budgets, reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with nonprofit financial practices, and working closely with staff and the board to support transparent and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings financial literacy or professional experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, along with a commitment to the arts and community engagement. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to a non-financial audience are essential.
