North Bay Credit Union opens new branch in Sonoma Valley

“The wildfires delayed us, but couldn’t stop us,” says Chris Call, President/CEO of North Bay Credit Union. “We’re thankful to finally open our new branch so we can better serve our members in the area while offering the Sonoma community a superior alternative to banks.”

The branch, the credit union’s third, will offer a complete range of financial services including car loans, business accounts, and specialized home loans not available from most local banks. There’s also an onsite 24-hour ATM, one of 30,000 free ATMs NBCU members can use.

“We have a bilingual staff so we can give Spanish-speaking members the personalized attention they deserve,” added Call. “Plus, being open on Saturdays lets us give all members consultation time when it’s more convenient for them.”

The new branch is centrally located in the new Vailetti Plaza off Highway 12 at 201 Nino Marco Square. Its hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm, and 9 am
to 1 pm Saturdays.

North Bay Credit Union is celebrating its 70th anniversary and is the oldest credit union headquartered in Sonoma County. Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in North Bay. It has assets of $50 million with three branches, serves 2,500 members and member deposits are federally insured through the National Credit Union Association.
