North Bay Credit Union names Sanders to manage construction loans, mortgages
“The work of rebuilding Sonoma County is starting in earnest, and we’re part of it,” says Chris Call, CEO of North Bay Credit Union. “And Steve Sanders is just the person to oversee our construction loan program.”
Sanders has spent 33 years in real estate sales and mortgage lending. Significantly, he has originated more than 140 construction loans, specialized experience Call says will facilitate the funding process at a time when people need it most.
In addition to construction loans, Sanders will also oversee mortgage lending for the credit union’s new Sonoma Valley branch, scheduled to open in Nino Marco Square this summer.
