North Bay Credit Union Named 2023 America’s “Best Credit Unions to Work For” again

North Bay Credit Union has been named as one of the Best Credit Unions to Work For by American Banker.

On the 2023 list, North Bay Credit Union was ranked 7th in America for credit unions under $200 million in assets, and 33rd place among all credit unions regardless of asset size. It’s the second consecutive year the credit union has been named to this prestigious list.

The survey and awards program is designed to identify and honor credit union with the best cultures for helping employees thrive.
