Leap Solutions Group Announces New Accolade, New Hire and New Roles

Leap Solutions Group, Inc., is proud to announce that our Human Resources Consultant Christine Rodman has been elected Secretary and Communications Director for the California State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (CalSHRM). A Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP) with more than twenty years of progressive HR experience, Christine is deeply committed to advancing the HR profession and ideally suited to this role, where she can continue to work diligently to raise awareness and advocate for the HR profession and HR legislation. Christine is serving a one-year term.

Leap Solutions is also pleased to announce the hiring of Karen Buck as Recruiter/Human Resources Consultant. Karen earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology, Human Resources Management Certification and Masters in Organization Development from Sonoma State University. Most recently, Karen worked as an HR Analyst for FireEye, Inc., a global cybersecurity firm in Silicon Valley, where she ran an Employee Engagement program. Karen is eager to grow deeper roots and build even stronger connections in Sonoma County as she skillfully serves our clients’ recruiting and HR needs.

Leap Solutions’ partners Chuck McPherson and Scott Ormerod are thrilled to announce that Mary Henderson has moved into Client Relations for Leap Solutions. Mary has been and remains instrumental to our recruiting and executive search services, but now she brings her passion, drive and expertise to a larger role in cultivating relationships with existing and new clients, developing business opportunities and supporting Leap’s continued growth and innovation.

McPherson and Ormerod are also delighted to announce the promotion of Bianca Rose to Recruiting/Human Resources Coordinator. Bianca is bilingual and has proven to be especially invaluable in serving our Spanish-speaking community with HR trainings, materials and more. She’ll be taking on new HR projects as well as coming up with unique and creative ways to boost Leap’s presence and connect with our community through social media.
