LBC Opens Community Leadership Awards Nominations

Luther Burbank Center for the Arts and our Latino Advisory Council are pleased to recognize exceptional leadership through our Community Leadership Awards, which will be presented at the 10th annual Fiesta de Independencia presented in partnership with Redwood Credit Union. The Fiesta is a free, family-friendly celebration of community, cultural diversity, and Latino heritage, which will be held at the Center on Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 1:00 to 7:00pm.

We are seeking nominations for businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the Latino Community. These persons, businesses, and organizations stand out as leaders through volunteerism, education, mentorship, or other personal and professional efforts.

Recipients will be invited to the Fiesta on Sunday, September 15, 2019 to be publicly recognized for their outstanding leadership.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, August 2, 2019 and multiple nominations are welcomed. Please feel free to forward this request to those who might also like an opportunity to recognize their colleagues.
