Firma Design Group Welcomes Two Brand New Experts

Firma Design Group is pleased to announce that we have hired two more professionals to join our dynamic team. Vlad Iojica, P.E., Director of Engineering, and Scott Graefen, RLA, Senior Landscape Architect, have joined our team to continue the excellence in Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture that our firm is known to provide. With over 50 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture, Firma Design Group is excited to add several more decades of experience!

Scott has over 20 years of experience and has worked on both public projects (schools and universities, streetscapes, fire stations, park and recreation facilities, plazas, community buildings and water front projects) as well as private projects (housing developments, medical facilities, hospitals and wineries) throughout the State of California.

Vlad also has over 20 years’ experience, working with municipal, mixed-use, and residential development. Vlad is passionate about partnering with other design and construction professionals to push the boundaries of design, educate clients about current development regulations, and collaborate with the extended design and construction team in order to deliver sound engineering solutions for the specific site conditions and meet client’s objectives for each project.
