The commercial and residential real estate firm of Corcoran Icon Properties recently moved their office to 201 3rd St., Upper Floor.
Corcoran Icon Properties has a new office in Railroad Square, at the former location of Mechanics Bank. The real estate firm occupies the upper floor if the building at the corner of 3rd and Davis Streets across from the Hyatt Hotel. This location provides was access for clients and staff, is near the SMART Train Station for staff commuting from throughout the North Bay, and is an iconic building in the heart of Railroad Square.
