AT&T taking new steps to keep customers in connected

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, AT&T is taking new steps to keep our customers in California connected. We understand the financial hardship many Californians are currently facing and we are working with our residential customers and small businesses to reduce disconnections and late fees – and expand access to discount communications services.
Our ongoing efforts in California include:
- Waiving fees for traditional wireline and VoIP services
- Expanding eligibility and access to discount Internet and telephone programs.
- Assisting customers to stop disconnections and late fees.
- Providing upgrades to AT&T Fiber for eligible DSL customers free of charge.
