Alaska Airlines to begin nonstop service to Palm Springs from Sonoma County

Alaska Airlines announced Thursday it will begin nonstop seasonal service on Oct. 26 to Palm Springs International Airport from Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport.
Alaska will operate the Palm Springs flight five times per week and pause May 11, according to Sonoma County Airport Manager Jon Stout.
The route will become Alaska’s eighth destination from Santa Rosa. Alaska currently services Los Angeles, Burbank, Orange County, San Diego, Las Vegas, Seattle and Portland.
